New and exciting works and artists
Macdonald Fine Art has experienced an incredibly busy last 4-5 months due, in no small part, to the efforts made by our stockist galleries in promoting and selling our range of limited edition prints.
Whilst many publishers are struggling, we are going from strength to strength and increasing our range to include many new and exciting works by many talented and popular artists.

New Promotional Materials
Macdonald Fine Art is planning a range of new banners that depict single or small groups of artists. Our aim is to feature at least one new artist every two months and provide greater detail on these banners, i.e. a range of print images by the same artist, the artist's photo and a brief biography.
As many of our published artists are now being asked by the galleries for original works- why not tie in an exhibition or at least a display to include original works, prints and a banner? This has got to be more eye-catching and create greater interest.
Scotland, its art and artists, Volumes I and II
After our Exhibition we will be further adding to our range of images and by the spring we hope to publish our next volume of works.
The first book, Volume I, has sold over 3,000 copies and resulted in a big boost for our print sales. The galleries that stock the book and have sold them well have, naturally, sold the greater number of prints.
The comments we receive on our web site, as well as those passed on from our galleries, prove that the book is a very useful sales and marketing aid. Customers are delighted to pay a mere £3.50 to obtain all the information enclosed and return visits to buy prints have risen as a direct result.
Our best advice to those not yet utilising the book to its best potential is to place the browser with prints and bookshelf in a prominent place and open a book out to view two pages of artists work. This can be regularly changed to view new artists and additional books left on the counter to further encourage sales.
